Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms", "Terms of Service") carefully before using the CastAny mobile application ("the App") operated by CastAny ("us", "we", or "our").

Your access to and use of the App is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the App.

By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the App.

Use of the App

License

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to download and install a copy of the App on a mobile device that you own or control and to run such copy of the App solely for your own personal, non-commercial purposes.

Restrictions

You may not:

  • Modify, disassemble, decompile or reverse engineer the App
  • Remove, alter or obscure any proprietary notice or identification on the App
  • Copy, distribute, rent, lease, lend, sublicense, or transfer the App
  • Use the App for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the App

Content

Our App allows you to cast video content from various sources to your TV. We do not host, store, or control any of the content you access through the App. You are solely responsible for the content you access and cast using our App.

You agree that you will not use the App to:

  • Access or cast content that infringes the intellectual property rights of others
  • Access or cast content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortious, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, or otherwise objectionable
  • Circumvent, disable, or otherwise interfere with security-related features of the content or services you access

Third-Party Services

The App may display, include, or make available third-party content (including data, information, applications, and other products or services) or provide links to third-party websites or services.

You acknowledge and agree that we are not responsible for third-party services or content, including their accuracy, completeness, timeliness, validity, legality, decency, quality, or any other aspect. We do not assume and will not have any liability to you for any third-party services or content.

Updates and Changes

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the App or any features or portions thereof without prior notice. You agree that we will not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the App or any part thereof.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the App.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall CastAny, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the App.

Disclaimer

Your use of the App is at your sole risk. The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The App is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement or course of performance.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our App after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the App.
